Artist’s Statement:
Mana Torabi (b. 2004, Tehran) is a filmmaker whose work centers on everyday life and overlooked narratives. Through film and image, she observes the quiet events unfolding around us—familiar moments that quietly sustain the rhythm of everyday life, yet often go unacknowledged.
Her work explores common emotional threads and lived experiences that connect people beyond difference. By bringing them into focus, she seeks to create a sense of connection—between individuals, and between herself and the surrounding world.
